What items can be exchanged?
- Items received within less than forty-eight (48) hours
- In original condition
- Unwashed and unworn
- In the original packaging
What items cannot be exchanged?
- Free gifts
- Items bought on sale
Are there any charges for exhanges?
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible for the exchange shipping charges
- Shipping would only be covered by us is if what you received from us was damaged on arrival
How do I exchange?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click "Start a Return"
- Follow the screen instructions and select the item(s) you want to return
- Please indicate your exchange requirements in the notes column
- Your exchange would be reviewed based on the requirements above
- Wait for your exchange to be approved or rejected
- If approved, you would get an email with shipping guidelines
- If rejected, you would be unable to proceed with the exchange
I want to exchange for a different item?
- You can exchange your item for a different one from that which you purchased
- If the selected item costs more than the item to be exchanged, you would simply need to make the balance payment
- If the selected item costs less than the item to be exchanged, you would receive the balance in store credit
- If you are yet to locate a suitable replacement, you would receive the value in store credit (valid for three months)
